Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class.

Express delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class.

If you place a particularly large order, we will use Royal Mail Tracked to ensure the purchase is fully covered.

Where possible, items such as bases are posted in large letter format so that they can be easily posted through letterboxes and do not need you to be present to accept the delivery.

In some circumstances we may opt to ship with another courier, in which case we will get in touch to let you know.

We usually aim to process orders in 1-3 days, after which you will get a dispatch notice. Royal Mail 2nd Class is usually another 2-3 days, but sometimes can take up to 10.

Royal Mail 1st Class is usually delivered within 1-2 days. If you require your items quickly we recommend upgrading to express delivery.

For extremely large orders, if we don't have enough items on hand we might get in touch to give you an ETA.

For digital orders, you will recieve your download link straight away, so please keep an eye on your inbox and spam folders.

Yes! We are a UK based shop but we are now delivering worldwide.

Shipping fees to each country are being added on a case-by-case basis to make sure the fees are correct, so if the whole store is showing as out of stock, please get in touch so we can set up delivering to your destination.

We are not able to pre-pay import tax on your behalf, so please be ready to pay this on top of your order cost if your destination has a customs charge in place.

We use Royal Mail Standard International for all our shipping abroad, with a stated delivery time of 2-11 days depending on the destination.
