Custom MDF Movement Tray

Need a movement tray exactly how you want it? Our generator lets you configure your own custom movement tray, and then order it straight away!

You can choose between each of our different base shapes, sizes and quantities, then fine tune the details. As you edit your tray, you will see the price tier changing, making sure you only pay for as much material as you use! 

1. Configure movement tray to your liking.
2. Generate order code, and double-check price tier.
3. Select matching price tier in order form below.
4. Paste order code into input box.
5. Bump up the quantity if you want a few of the same movement tray.
6. Add to cart, then repeat these steps if you want movement trays of a different design!
   
   

Trays are made from precision laser-cut MDF, with a high-quality smooth finish. Trays are provided unassembled in two parts with a top and bottom section. Opting for 2mm or 3mm MDF Material Thickness will mean both the top and bottom are made of that thickness of MDF.

We recommend a border thickness of at least 3mm unless required for a specific purpose, just to ensure the material isn't too flexible. Similarly if keeping the interior grid, we recommend a base spacing of at least 2mm.
